THE ALCHEMY OF EMOTIONS - Elvira Jordan

THE ALCHEMY OF EMOTIONS - Elvira Jordan

Good Morning Beloved! 😘

In Spiritual circles, it is an understanding and general knowledge that Energy rules the world, Energy cannot be destroyed but can only be transmuted, and Emotions are energies. ✅

Energies are what moves the body. Hunger is a feeling in the body but also an energy. So is anger, sadness, joy, shame, pain etc. These are commonly referred to as Emotions and they are also Energies. They generate from the brain, move through the body and settle in certain parts of the body. Anger is stored in the chest, jaw and liver; shame is stored in the stomach and gut, etc. This is to let you understand that every emotion we feel could be caused by external factors but are generated internally.

I also believe strongly that some of the diseases that attack the body organs (liver issue, kidney issues, heart diseases etc) are caused by stored and accumulated negative emotions that had nowhere to go. Remember your emotions cannot be destroyed. They can transmute into negative/ positive actions or settle somewhere deep in your system and attack or repair your body. [This is not scientifically proven.]

One life hack I have learnt of recent is that every energy, whether internal or external can be used to my own benefit. No matter how I feel, whether positive or negative, or whatever someone does to me, I can use for my own good. I can change it to what I want. I can redefine it however I like and make it work for me.

Although I have learnt this hack, it’s not really that easy to do, else I would be levitating above the world in unexplainable levels of abundance. πŸ˜‰πŸ˜

However, the knowledge of it and my constant effort to practice has changed a lot of things for me.

For instance, if I get betrayed in business and somebody does away with my money, I cannot (and will not) stop myself from getting angry over my loss… it’s my hard earned money and I have every right to get angry. The magic happens when I realize that I can do a lot with that anger.

First of all, I allow myself to feel the anger. It’s not a bad thing to be angry… but I control how that anger moves in my body. Instead of allowing it cause tension in my head (which may lead me into taking revenge) or allow it rest in my liver (which may cause depression and anxiety) I allow that anger to move to my chest and rest somewhere in my heart.

When that anger gets to my heart, I begin to see things through the lens of the heart (which I highly recommend) because it allows me to think outside the pain I feel. I begin to ask questions like “how did I let this happen? What role did I play to let this happen? What could I have done differently? What genuine reasons could this person have to treat me this way?”

Immediately my thoughts tilt towards this direction, I put that same energy into drawing a mental map for my next business transaction and how best to make it work in my favour.

Another example with this same anger is that I may let this anger rest a bit in my chest and turn into pain. I may even shed a little tear because of how hurtful it is; a tear shed in pain is another energy that can be explored (story for another day). While others may use this same extension to lay curses on their business partners (which will definitely get to them if they purposely wronged them) or also plot a revenge, I will go down on my knees in prayer and cry to God, telling him how hurt I feel and why I don’t want to feel this way ever again. I can also use that anger in my heart to burst into some warfare prayers, binding and casting, breaking of yokes and some speaking in tongues.

This tactic can be applied to any emotion or energy that moves through your body.

The magic of alchemizing emotions and situations that could break you, lies in your ability to seize control of it and not let it control you, move it to your heart area and use it to your advantage.

When you understand and practice this Energy Alchemy, every situation (whether good or bad) becomes a blessing. Every negativity serves a purpose. Every mistake becomes a lesson.

This doesn’t only apply to negative emotions. Even positive emotions like Joy, Courage etc can be used to call in more of that feeling. This is simply done through gratitude and acceptance. This energy, you can allow to move through your whole body and activate every part of you. Store it in all your organs. It heals both past and future negative emotions. It elevates you to higher levels of achieving more of that positivity.

This Energy Alchemy and Alchemy of emotions is so real and so potent.

You should try it sometime.

As you go about your day today, ponder on these words.

BIBLE VERSE: Romans 8:28

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, help us to seize this day and take charge. Give us the power to manipulate every situation for our own good and Your Glory. Help us to turn both good and bad situations to work to our favour. Amen πŸ™πŸ½

Do have a Blessed Monday and a Successful Week ahead.

DREAMS AND VISIONS ARE FREE - Elvira Jordan

DREAMS AND VISIONS ARE FREE - Elvira Jordan Good Morning Beloved 😊 A few days ago, I stumbled on a video where Apostle Femi Lazarus spoke about “Seeing” and it inspired my message today. Even as a child, I have always lived in a fantasy world and sometimes I feel like I take the fantasy thing too far because at some point, everything around me could be on fire and I will just create an alternate reality in my head where I am dancing in the snows. Everyone else could be worried or fearful about a dire situation and I will just picture  the best possible outcome of that situation and allow myself to remain there, while others bugger their minds off on how serious the matter is. Some people have always seen my view as “Toxic Positivity” and that has never been a problem to me. There are times when I would agree that I took the dreaming thing too far, but more often than not, it was the ideal thing for me because while others are worked up over the situation and worried sick about a p...

Tackling Violence and Criminality in the Niger Delta with Television Designed Content; A SEARCH Initiative

In a bid to tackle violence and criminality in the Niger Delta, Search for Common Ground and its consortium of partners have introduced several components that examine the role of the government and government institutions, security agencies, community representatives, civil society organizations and the media, to foster an inclusive approach in creating a new face for the Niger Delta. Due to its wealth in natural resources, the need for resource control has generated decades long battle that have defaced the oil rich region, even as the communities and people of the Niger Delta strive towards peaceful coexistence, to drive peace and progress in the region. For this cause, SEARCH in collaboration with Foundation for Partnership in the Niger Delta (PIND) and Stakeholders Democracy Network (SDN) embarked on a peace building project which was funded by the European Union with the theme, “A Community Centered Approach To Transforming Violence And Criminality In The Niger Delta” which...
