SEEING IS FREE - Elvira Jordan


Good Morning Beloved! 😁


When it comes to thoughts and imaginations, I am often delusional in my line of thinking. I know that when God peeps into my daydreams  and visions, he will just smile and say “you’re a greedy little thing, aren’t you?” 🙊


As one who has birthed a lot of things in my life through my imaginations, I have come to rely on it a lot. Especially when you did not grow up as privileged as others, you weren’t born into a system where you simply get things without needing them, you need something and they’re provided or you simply ask and it is given.


For some of us who didn’t grow with this privilege, I have used my imaginations to call in things that nearly seemed impossible to reach from where I stand in life. I simply did because I could see beyond where I was standing, and could feel and taste these things, even when they seemed impossible.



In my years of being asleep, I just imagine and end there. Sometimes these things come and I loose them out of fear, or I get distracted by my circumstances and sway away from my manifestation.


However, awakening has taught me how powerful my visions can be, how to aim for what I want and call it to myself. I still sway from time to time but I am also learning to forget about the turbulent sea and the fire burning around my boat, to see a calm sea and to focus on my destination. 


I mean, some of the things we think of as impossible, are the things people play around with somewhere in the world. Why can’t I be or have those things? I may not be where they are but I can get there someday if I take the step… this has been my driving force, pushing me to see beyond the ordinary, to creating the impossible in my mind, and watching some of those impossibilities become possible. 


I have also learnt to aim higher than my expectations… for instance, if I want a few days vacation to a good resort, my vision will be focused somewhere around the Maldives or Seychelles. This may not get me the funds to actually take me all the way to Seychelles but will definitely get me to a cool resort in Port Harcourt, Lagos or anywhere my current realities can afford.


Manifesting through visions can be difficult for those of us who didn’t grow up in affluence, because your visions are limited, the barriers are thick, the walls that are around our thinking are quite high.


I have however come to realize that seeing is free, imaginations are free, visions are endless. It is the power to match these visions that are limited by opportunities, funds, connections and privilege. 


The trick about manifesting through visions is being able to see beyond the limitation; to leap above these barriers and to float in a plain where anything is possible.


My dream is to get to that realm where I can see a mountain change its location, snap my fingers and the things I want will appear, or change location within continents in a twinkle of an eye. These may sound delusional but are very possible. Somewhere around the world, someone is snapping his fingers at a chef in a five star restaurant and everything he requests for is appearing on his table. Why can’t I do the same?


Trust me, you also can.


Take a few minutes to float with me in this world of delusion. See the impossible things you secretly crave for and watch them appear right before your eyes. 

Take it a nudge further by feeling them around you, taste them, smell them and feel how warm (or cold) they actually are before you.


My aim today is to trouble your mind with some good thoughts. I hope it worked. ☺️

PRAYER: Dear Lord, open my eyes to see the miracles and blessings that You have prepared for me in every day. Cause them to flow to me effortlessly. Amen 🙏🏽

TIME IS NOT IN A HURRY - Elvira Jordan Good Morning Beloved! Have you ever been late for work or an event and you’re trying to meet up by doing everything in a hurry? You will see that as you’re trying to comb your hair in a hurry, the brush will fall off a couple of times for you to pick it up and continue. You may wear your jacket the wrong way and be forced to take it off and wear it again. All this will make you late the more. We must have experienced this one way or the other. Yesterday, I realized that we have just 4 months till the end of the year and I just shrugged it off because even though the year ran fast, “What Will Be Will Be”.  This realization may be triggering for some people, especially those who have grandeur plans for the year, lists of achievements, things they want to accomplish in 2025 and things like that.
