THE BEAUTIFUL STATE OF MIND - Elvira Jordan

THE BEAUTIFUL STATE OF MIND - Elvira Jordan

Good Morning Beloved! πŸ€✨

For some time now I have been in a very beautiful head space where everything is just so bright and beautiful. Not because I have everything or because everything is perfect with me, but because I have been able to find the perfection within every imperfection.

This means a lot to me because it’s a state of mind I have worked on for years, trying to reach this head space where I live in the present, appreciate all I have going on for me, completely block out negativity, ignore people who drain me and just keep counting blessings.

I have taken years to practice living in the moment and it’s bliss.

In this gorgeous head space I am in, I try all I can to live in the present. I don't live in the past because I know that all I need from the past are it’s lessons and nothing more. I don’t live in the future because I know the future can never hurt me today. I can only prepare towards it.

I strive to see the blessing in every situation.

I programmed my mind to always seek solutions, not to gloat over challenges.

I wake up everyday to count my blessings, rather than counting what didn’t work for me.

Right now, even the things that used to bother me are scared of getting into my head, because I push them away with a kind of force that destroys them immediately.

Realizing that I am now in this place which I have fought to be in for years, makes me feel unstoppable and untouchable.

I feel like I can achieve anything.

I feel like nothing could ever harm me.

I feel like I can climb up to the heavens, catch some angels and bring them back here with me.

It’s such a blissful place to be and I know that you can also get there.

It takes little pockets of practice everyday.

Taking one day at a time.

Giving more attention to the beautiful things of life.

Focusing on what gives you joy, peace, happiness and every good feeling you can think of.

It also has to do with keeping your hands, your head and your heart clean.

Serving the earth as much as you want the earth to serve you.

Being just in your thoughts and actions as much as you can.

Discarding old patterns that no longer serve you.

Changing limiting behaviors for growth and expansion.

Counting the blessings of each day and dwelling there, no matter what comes your way.

Like I said before, it’s not easy to live in this head space, but with steady practice, mindful thinking, little positive actions, some self awareness and discipline, you will get there.

As you go about your day today, make dwelling on the beauties and positives of the day.

BIBLE VERSE: 1 Peter 3:10-11

For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, let this be another week where we count our blessings, receive new opportunities, walk every day with victory and abundance. Amen.

Do have a Blessed Monday and a Successful Week ahead.

TIME IS NOT IN A HURRY - Elvira Jordan

TIME IS NOT IN A HURRY - Elvira Jordan Good Morning Beloved! Have you ever been late for work or an event and you’re trying to meet up by doing everything in a hurry? You will see that as you’re trying to comb your hair in a hurry, the brush will fall off a couple of times for you to pick it up and continue. You may wear your jacket the wrong way and be forced to take it off and wear it again. All this will make you late the more. We must have experienced this one way or the other. Yesterday, I realized that we have just 4 months till the end of the year and I just shrugged it off because even though the year ran fast, “What Will Be Will Be”.  This realization may be triggering for some people, especially those who have grandeur plans for the year, lists of achievements, things they want to accomplish in 2025 and things like that. If you haven’t done what you think you need to do, the rush of the year may actually mess with your mind, making you feel like you’re being left behind....
